Life Lately

We have been in the midst of a deck project. Ryan has been working like a mad man to get the deck on the back of the house before Jared's birthday. Jared has been walking up a storm! He walks around with his hands up in the air as if to say, "Look Mom, No hands!" He also likes to climb! He is pretty much completely off of baby food and eats mostly table food now!

This is the aftermath of the first taste of advacadoes...
As you can see, they were a hit (just not the cleaning up part)!

Ryan passed his P.E.!!!
He is now a certified Engineer!
This was his first engineering masterpiece...certified and stamped!

Katelyn came to spend the night and we had fun in the pool!
I don't think Jared quit laughing the whole time he was in tehre with her!

Jared got into his goldfish before I could stop him and dumped them all over the floor!

It's making a lot of progress!
Just a little more floor to go and some rails and we will be ready!

The deck boards are going to cover the existing concrete slab and go all the way to the house the whole way across.
